Adult Skills Project Coordinator Blog - June 2009 (Note - This blog was written by the refugee Project Coordinator for this project. As English is not his first language, there may be some minor grammatical errors in his writing. Care was taken to clarify any passages that were confusing, while leaving most of the blog untouched in order to preserve his original tone.)

FORGE Meheba Creative Arts Center (MCAC) is a free of charge English program that deals with the refugees based in Meheba Refugee Camp, the biggest refugee camp in Zambia. We help these refugees with communication skills and open doors to their hope and employments for their future.

These are true human beings who need help in terms of education. And it is our responsibility to help these hopeless people in order to make a way to their future. MCAC has trained almost 300 refugees, some of them working in different companies We need your financial, material and psychological support. “Only a drop of water will make a difference.” Almost 50 students have completed their training this month and obtained ceritificates for the January – June intake this year 2009. Another intake starts in this month July – December.
