When you donate to FORGE, you can be confident that your money will be directed where you would like it to go. FORGE is operated almost entirely by a volunteer staff and currently allocates less than 8% of its annual budget to overhead and administration expenses. On average, American non-profits in the education and human services sub-sectors spend 20% on the same expenses every year. Every dollar given to FORGE is in turn invested in a refugee community's opportunity to design a project to benefit an entire community.
